Leaving drops on the floor of water while mopping. Dust evacuation is poor, the filter still remains quite dusty afterwards. Corners cleaning is poor as well. While it is supposed to go behind the curtains, it doesn’t clean properly behind the curtains. Carpets vacuuming could be better, my old roborock is performing a lot better. It avoids bigger items but will get stuck with smaller and flatter ones. I had to cut tussles on my carpets as the side brush got stuck badly with it for a few times. No anti-tangling in spite of claims. Overall I regret buying it a lot

​🚨 The Biggest Red Flag: Zero Customer Service

​Before getting into how the machine actually runs, the absolute worst part of owning a Dreame is trying to get help when something goes wrong. Their customer support is virtually non-existent. I tried contacting them multiple times about the issues below. Every single time, I was promised that someone would look into it and handle my issue, but weeks went by and nobody ever got back to me. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own.

​1. Navigation & Obstacle Avoidance (Or Lack Thereof)

​The Cable Nightmare: This thing has a 100% fail rate with cords. If it encounters even a minor, stray charging cable, it will get tangled, drag it along, and create a massive mess. You have to completely "robot-proof" your floors before every run.

​Blind to the Little Things: It completely misses small objects. Instead of recognizing and dodging them like the marketing promises, it just plows right over them.

​Corners are Forgotten: If you have dust bunnies in the corners of your rooms, they’re staying there. The design or logic completely misses corners, leaving you to sweep them out yourself.

​2. Maintenance & Hardware Glitches
​Zero Detangling Skills: Hair wraps tightly around the brush roll, and the vacuum does absolutely nothing to prevent or fix it. You’ll spend way too much time manually cutting and pulling hair out of the mechanism.

​The "Mop Drop" Brain Freeze: This is probably the most baffling design flaw. If a mopping pad accidentally pops off, the robot just completely freezes in its tracks. Instead of being smart enough to drive back to the base station, it just sits there stranded in the middle of the room until you go rescue it.

​3. Everyday Annoyances
​It Won't Shut Up: There is no actual mute option. Even if you turn the volume down to the absolute minimum, sound still comes out of the robot. There is nothing more annoying than a robot waking you up by speaking or announcing an error in the dead of night.

​The Final Verdict

​For the price, a robot vacuum should make your life easier. But between hunting it down when it freezes, rescuing it from basic cables, and digging hair out of the brush—all while being completely ghosted by their support team—the Dreame just requires too much hand-holding. It’s hard to recommend a device that creates almost as many chores as it solves.

Bought Dreame L50 CE vacuum robot and working perfectly fine and 100% satisfied.

Highly recommended product for normal home.

After mapping the house, it is nice to activate which room to clean and how to clean it. Dreame's settings offer muliple options so you can either vacuum, vacuum and mop, or mop only!

I activate Dreame to vacuum every other day - sometimes remotely - and my floors are always dust free!

The automatic dust bin emptying works well too. It has a tight seal so that no dust escapes while being extracted.

Mopping. I also like that the dock has two large reservoirs that hold plenty of liquid to clean appropriately 2,000 sq feet twice!

Love my Dreame L50 vacuum/mop cleaning robot!

I bought the Dreame L50 to replace a Neato vacuum. I love my Dreame! My Neato would suck stuff up all over the house. The Dreame doesn’t suck up cords or socks or anything else. It just goes around anything that may be in the way. It is also very quiet compared to the Neato vacuum. It seems to do a great job at cleaning also.
