The only area where I feel the product could improve is the mopping performance. It has not met my expectations so far. I would appreciate it if the Dreame support team could arrange a home visit to inspect the unit or provide a demonstration to ensure I am using it correctly and to understand why the mopping performance is not meeting my expectations.
