The Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2 gives you more control over how it cleans carpets and rugs, so you can choose the right approach for each area of your home.
It uses ultrasonic carpet recognition and offers several carpet settings, including Mop Raising, Intensive Carpet Cleaning with Suction Boost, Vacuum and Mop, Carpet Avoidance, and Prioritized Carpet Cleaning. In Mop Raising mode, the robot lifts its mops by up to 10.5 mm to help reduce moisture on carpets.
The L10s Ultra Gen 2 is designed to give extra attention to the spaces your pets use most. Turn on Pet Care Mode, add pet furniture in the Dreamehome app, and the robot can identify those areas and clean them twice.
During mopping, it adjusts water volume for quicker drying around pet areas. It also increases dust collection to capture pet hair, while the floating rubber brush is designed to detangle hair more easily during cleaning.
The fully automatic base station takes care of the main cleaning tasks after a run, so you spend less time dealing with dust, mop pads, water, and cleaning solution.
It auto-empties dust, washes the rotary mops, dries them with warm air, adds cleaning solution automatically, and refills water from its 4.5 L clean-water tank to keep the mops wet. With its 300 mL robot dust box and 3.2 L dust bag, it can provide up to 75 days of hands-free dust collection. Actual results can vary with your home and usage. A Water Hookup Kit is also available separately for automatic water refilling and draining where supported.
The L10s Ultra Gen 2 is designed to reach closer to the edges and corners that are easy to miss during everyday mopping. Its MopExtend™ RoboSwing technology recognizes borders and adjusts the mop extension as it cleans. It can clean around skirting boards, tables, and chairs, and reach into tight spaces up to 4 cm deep.
Yes. The L10s Ultra Gen 2 can use the TriCut Brush, which is designed to cut tangled hair and send it directly into the dust box.
The TriCut Brush is not included with the robot and must be purchased separately. It can be a useful add-on if long hair or pet fur is a frequent issue in your home.
I purchased the Dreame D20 Ultra robot vacuum from Lulu Hypermarket Silicon Oasis. I am very happy with the product and the service provided.
David from Dreame was very helpful and professional. He demonstrated the product perfectly, explained the benefits, and helped me understand how it can make my daily cleaning easier.
Excellent service and great product knowledge. I highly recommend Dreame and appreciate David’s support.
Amazing product ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Unfortunately, the customer support experience was very disappointing ⭐
This is my second Dreame robot vacuum, and I expected a much higher level of support. When I encountered an issue with the robot, neither the Dreame UAE team nor EROS was able to provide meaningful assistance.
Despite multiple emails and phone calls, my requests for troubleshooting, support, or a replacement went unanswered. In the end, I had to find an alternative solution and get help elsewhere to resolve the problem myself.
The product itself is excellent, but the after-sales support did not meet expectations.
