Coupon Code — Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to coupon codes issued by Dreame Technology, for use on ae.dreametech.com.

1. Eligibility

• This coupon code is valid for purchases made exclusively on the official Dreame UAE website (ae.dreametech.com).

You must be 18 years of age or over and provide a valid delivery address in the United Arab Emirates

• Only one coupon code can be applied per order.

2. Usage

• The coupon code must be entered at checkout in the designated discount code field.

• The discount will be applied automatically once the code is validated.

• The coupon cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, gift cards, or bundle offers unless explicitly stated.

• Coupons have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or store value.

3. Validity

• The coupon is valid only during the specified promotional period. Any dates will be communicated at the time of the campaign launch.

• Orders placed outside the valid period will not be eligible for the discount, even if the coupon code is entered.

• Dreame reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the coupon promotion at any time without prior notice.

4. Exclusions

• The coupon may not apply to all products. Excluded items (if any) will be clearly communicated during the campaign.

• The coupon cannot be applied to previously placed orders, and no retroactive discounts will be issued.

• Replacement parts, accessories, extended warranties, and delivery fees are excluded unless stated otherwise.

5. Limitations

• Each coupon code may be limited to a single use per customer, per account, or per device, as specified during the promotion.

• Dreame reserves the right to void any coupon codes used in violation of these terms, and may cancel orders placed using fraudulent or duplicated codes.

6. Returns & Refunds

• If an order placed with a coupon code is returned, the discount amount will not be refunded. The refund will reflect only the amount actually paid by the customer.

• Partial returns may result in the loss of the discount benefit for the remaining items in the order.

7. Misuse

• Dreame reserves the right to investigate and take action (including order cancellation and account suspension) in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized distribution of coupon codes.

8. Personal data

Where a campaign limits use per customer, per account or per payment method, we process the personal data necessary to apply that limit in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable United Arab Emirates data protection legislation

9. General

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• We may update these terms. Updated terms apply to coupons issued after publication and do not affect orders already placed.
