Return and Warranty Policy


Dreame’s official website in the UAE (https://ae.dreametech.com) is operated and fulfilled by Eros Group LLC, our authorized local partner.

As part of this partnership, all logistics, collections, inspections, and return processing are managed by the Eros operations and after-sales teams, in accordance with Dreame’s return policy standards.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Returns will be collected free of charge, provided the product is unused, packed, and sealed in its original condition, including original packaging, all labels, and protective stickers intact. 
Open boxes or used products will not be accepted. Once your returned package has been received by the Eros warehouse and inspection teams, it will undergo a quality check before the return is approved or declined.
While we aim to complete this process as efficiently as possible, please allow 2–7 business days for inspection and processing. Approved returns will be refunded for their full value to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. 

Please note that Dreame does not process refunds for purchases made through other retailers. For any questions or assistance, our after-sales support team, is available to support you throughout the return process. 

If you wish to submit a raise warranty claim, you may visit either of our flagship stores (MOE or DHM) and submit your claim to the store team.
For this purpose, you are only required to show a physical or electronic copy of your invoice.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund. To initiate a return, please email support.ae@dreame.tech within this period.

Products must be unused and in their original condition, including original packaging, labels, and protective stickers. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Once your returned package has been received by Eros Group LLC Warehouse and processing teams, it will be processed and inspected before we proceed with approving or declining the return.

While we strive to complete this process as quickly as possible, please note that inspection and approval may take 2–7 business days.

All Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), including robot vacuum cleaners, wet & dry vacuum cleaners, stick vacuums, and air purifiers, as well as all Personal Care products, are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Large appliances and electronics, including washing machines, refrigerators, and televisions, are covered by a 1-year warranty.

All warranty services, including inspection, repair, and support, are managed and fulfilled by Eros Group, Dreame’s authorized distributor and service partner in the UAE.
